Jobber AI strictly processes your resume and profile to find relevant jobs, calculate ATS scores, and generate application guidance. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your CV data to third-party data brokers or advertisers.

When you register and use Jobber AI, we collect the following categories of data:
- Account Details: Your full name, email address, phone number, and location country provided during registration.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) & Resume Files: PDF, DOCX, or text files you upload to our platform for evaluation.
- Career Preferences: Target job titles, preferred work modes (remote, hybrid, onsite), and remuneration expectations.
- Usage & Technical Telemetry: Log data including IP addresses, browser types, and interaction stamps to ensure session security and prevent fraudulent access.
2. How We Use Your Information
We process your personal information exclusively for the following legitimate purposes:
- Automated CV Parsing & ATS Scoring: Extracting work history, educational achievements, and competencies to benchmark against industry recruiting standards.
- Personalized Job Matching: Querying verified live listings to find roles matching your unique skills, experience level, and preferred compensation.
- Application Optimization: Assisting you in generating targeted cover letters, resume bullet points, and interview talking points.
- Service Notifications: Sending job alert digests, match updates, and critical security notices.
3. AI Processing & Third-Party Integrations
Jobber AI incorporates enterprise-grade artificial intelligence (including Google Gemini AI APIs). Text from your CV is securely transferred over TLS/SSL encryption strictly for analysis and recommendation generation.
Our API agreements prohibit providers from using your private resume content to train foundational public models. Your intellectual property and private personal details remain protected under strict confidentiality.
4. We Never Sell Your Data
Jobber AI operates on a candidate-first business model. We do not sell, rent, trade, or distribute your email, telephone, or CV data to marketing agencies, advertising networks, or lead generators. Direct job applications you make connect you to authentic employer platforms (e.g. Jobberman) under their respective privacy protocols.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Your resume files and parsed analysis are retained as long as your account remains active. You maintain total ownership over your data:
- You may replace or remove any uploaded CV at any time via your CV Management page.
- You may request complete account erasure by contacting our privacy desk. Upon account deletion, all associated CV files, parsed caches, and application records are permanently scrubbed from our database servers.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including NDPR in Nigeria and GDPR in the EEA), you enjoy the right to:
- Access and obtain an export of the personal information we hold about you.
- Rectify inaccurate or outdated contact information.
- Withdraw consent for optional email job alert digests.
